The SANSEL HCAL Series Precision Humidity and Temperature Generator is engineered to create highly stable and controlled humidity and temperature conditions for calibration laboratories and industrial testing environments. Designed with a large chamber volume, this advanced calibration system enables simultaneous calibration of multiple portable instruments, transmitters, sensors, and data loggers from different manufacturers.
The system generates precise environmental conditions from 5°C to 60°C and 3% RH to 95% RH, along with psychometric dew point indication from -30°C to 45°C. Utilizing mixed flow humidity generation technology, the system incorporates a desiccant-based dehumidification process and an external humidifier for easy maintenance and water refilling. A solid-state Peltier module ensures accurate heating and cooling performance with excellent stability and uniformity gradients for metrology-level calibration applications.
