SANSEL High Temperature Infrared Black Body Calibrator is a microcontroller-based precision temperature calibration system designed for accurate infrared thermometer calibration and industrial pyrometer calibration. The calibrator generates a stable reference temperature source that allows comparison between the temperature measured by the Unit Under Calibration (UUC) and the reference temperature generated by the calibrator.
This infrared calibration instrument uses an auto-tuning PID temperature control algorithm to ensure stable temperature control and high calibration accuracy. The user can easily set the target temperature through the touchscreen interface, and both set temperature and true temperature are displayed simultaneously for precise calibration verification.
Infrared thermometers and online pyrometers can be calibrated by focusing the instrument under calibration onto the target surface of the black body calibrator. Once the system stabilizes, accurate temperature comparison allows quick and reliable recalibration.
