The SANSEL series high temperature infrared black body calibrator is a microcontroller based precision temperature calibrator designed to generate a true reference temperature for demanding calibration applications. This infrared black body calibrator is ideal for infrared thermometer calibration and online pyrometer calibration, performed using a proven comparison method calibration technique. Calibration is carried out by focusing the Unit Under Calibration (UUC) on the target temperature point and comparing the temperature measured by the UUC with the target temperature indicated by the calibrator or a standard pyrometer.
